We offer food and beer served off the truck to your guests by friendly and attentive staff. 

We can provide our standard up-scale Mexican menu, or customize a wide variety of other options - from a raw oyster bar to pig roasts to lobster rolls, and everything in between.  Including many vegetarian choices.  Buy out the truck for the entire event or choose to offer your guests a la carte ordering.
